It is almost National Scrapbooking Day!!!!

Well with NSD only two days away I am getting my scrappin supplies ready. This weekend I have ton of things to do Saturday but Sunday is all MINE..... I can not wait to see all the cool online challenges and games this weekend. I will be taking time off of work next year around NSD, because there are so many online and in person crops going on. i have already started some on those crops. I made a cute little card for a challenge on Fiskateers today for there crop.

Here is a very cute little card I did today for a card challenge on fiskateers. I love the way it turned out. It is so spring and I can not wait to give it away for a gift. I used my cricut to cut the shape of the card and envelope out, colored the grass with my copics and added lots of layered flowers and bling.

Here is the picture of the card's envelope, how it is going to look when that special person gets it on their birthday.


After opening the envelope they will see the card which will include a cute little message inside.


I had ton of fun making this card and will be for sure make some more cards on my cricut very soon. Thank you for stopping by and hope that everyone has a fun and scrappin weekend.

What a weekend

I hope that everyone had a great and wonderful Easter. I have been busy with mom duties all last week but made time for some scrappin this weekend. I played along with some new friends at back porch memories. They had a online crop this past weekend and even some of the challenges/projects are not due until the 25th. I got about 30 layouts done. I will post some later here that I did.

I spy spring colors

Here is a layout I did this evening for a challenge on Fiskateers. I was inspired by the postcard that Kelly Jo posted. All of those spring colors and the flowers justed popped out at me. The picture is of my and my oldest daughter, Eleanore, from camp this past weekend. Except of the flowers, white ribbon and bling the entire layout was made from piggytales products (paper, rub-ons, chipboard letter, sticker letters, tags, and ric rac).

Where does the time go???

It is hard to believe that the week is almost over and Easter is just around the corner. This past weekend I went camping with the girlscouts. We had a great time. Although, we did not actually stay over night at the camp. That was because the weather was very cold (over night low was about 28) and the cabins we were to stay in had no heat, just screened in windows. So instead of everone getting sick the girls over at my house eat pizza, went to the show and then got up early to go to the camp for the events. I am still sore from horseback riding. I do not know how my daughter does it every weekend. Here are some pictures for this past weekend.

Well, it has rain about all afternoon today and I think we might need a boat instead of a car to get around some areas of town tommorrow.
